Eden Tyres & Servicing needed a way to manage audits consistently across their growing branch network. Off-the-shelf solutions didn't fit. They needed something built around how their business actually works.
We started an initial consultation to get and around the requirements of the company, the audit process, the people involved, and what success looked like. Then we built exactly what they needed by mocking up the system of what the screens will do and how they interact with the system. From this we worked through a scope of works to start development.
About Eden Tyres & Servicing
Eden Tyres & Servicing is a well-established automotive service provider based in Derbyshire, operating 20+ branches across the Midlands - spanning Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire, and beyond. They provide tyres, MOTs, servicing, brakes, and a full range of vehicle maintenance services.
With a network of that size, consistency matters. Every branch needs to meet the same standards and management needs clear visibility of how each site is performing.
The challenge
Auditing across 20+ branches creates complexity. Different regions, different staff, different conditions - but the same standards need to apply everywhere. Eden Tyres needed:
- A consistent way to run and record audits across all branches
- Visibility for management to compare performance across sites and regions
- Mobile access for auditors working on the ground
- A system flexible enough to grow as the business adds branches and audit requirements
What we built
Consultation & Scoping
Before writing a line of code, we worked closely with Eden Tyres to understand the full scope. What does an audit look like? Who runs them? What gets measured? How are results used? What decisions do they drive?
This consultation phase shaped everything that followed ensuring the system fits the business to the clients satisfaction. This was completed before a line of code was implemented and ensured the delivery was achieved with a minimum of risk.
Dashboard & Monitoring
A central dashboard gives management visibility across the entire branch network. At a glance, they can see audit status, scores, and trends - drilling down by branch, region, or time period.
Audit Comparison & Control
Side-by-side comparison of audit results across branches and regions. Identify patterns, spot outliers, and track improvement over time. Standardised scoring ensures fair, consistent assessment everywhere.
Mobile-Responsive Design
Auditors work in branches, not at desks. The system is fully responsive and works on tablets and phones so audits can be completed on-site without needing to transcribe paper forms later.
Administration System
Full admin controls for managing users, branches, audit templates, and configuration. Built so the Eden Tyres team can manage the system independently without developer involvement.
